At ICANFIX LTD, your privacy and the safety of all our users — including children — is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Quiz App.

The Quiz App is a free, educational general knowledge quiz application designed for users of all ages. The app is committed to providing a safe, fun, and educational experience for everyone including children.

We are committed to full compliance with the Google Play Families Policy, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using this app, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Quiz App published by Syber Studio on the Google Play Store. It does not apply to other applications or external websites that may be linked from our app.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

The Quiz App does not require account registration or login. We do not collect any personal information directly from users. However, you may voluntarily provide:

•       Support Queries: If you contact us by email, you may provide your name and email address for communication purposes only.

•       Quiz scores or preferences saved locally on your device only — never transmitted to our servers.

3.2 Non-Personal Information (Automatically Collected)

To improve app performance and deliver appropriate advertisements, the following non-personal data may be automatically collected by third-party services:

•       Device type, operating system version, and app version

•       Crash logs and error reports

•       App usage statistics (features used, session duration, quiz completion rates)

•       Network connection information

•       Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID) for ad delivery only

This data is non-personally identifiable and is used strictly for improving the app experience and delivering family-safe advertisements.

4. Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance

The Quiz App is designed for all ages including children. We take children's privacy extremely seriously and fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy.

Specifically, regarding children's data:

•       We do NOT knowingly collect personal information from children under 13

•       We do NOT require children to provide personal information to use the app

•       We do NOT share children's data with third parties for advertising purposes

•       We do NOT allow behavioral advertising targeted at children

•       All advertisements shown in the app are family-safe and non-personalized for child users

•       No external links, social media connections, or in-app purchases are shown to child users

If you believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at talatmemon861@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

5. App Permissions

The Quiz App requests only the minimum necessary permissions:

•       INTERNET: Required to load advertisements via Google AdMob and fetch quiz content

•       AD_ID (Advertising ID): Used by Google AdMob to deliver family-safe, non-personalized advertisements

•       POST_NOTIFICATIONS (if applicable): Used to send optional quiz reminders and update notifications

We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive device data.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data only for:

•       Providing general knowledge quiz content and gameplay experience

•       Improving app performance, stability, and content quality

•       Fixing bugs and preventing technical issues

•       Displaying family-safe advertisements through Google AdMob

•       Sending optional quiz reminder notifications (if notifications enabled)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Advertising & Google AdMob

The Quiz App is free to use and is supported by advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. Since our app targets all ages including children, we have configured AdMob to serve only family-safe, non-personalized advertisements.

Our advertising commitment:

•       All ads are family-safe and rated G (General Audiences)

•       No behavioral or interest-based advertising is shown to children

•       No ads for alcohol, gambling, adult content, or violence

•       AdMob may collect Advertising ID for non-personalized ad delivery only

8. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate the following third-party services:

•       Google Play Services — core Android functionality

•       Google AdMob — family-safe advertisement delivery

•       Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics — app performance and crash monitoring

These services operate under their own privacy policies and are fully compliant with COPPA and Google Play Families Policy requirements.

9. Data Retention & Security

We retain non-personal analytics data only as long as necessary to improve app performance. Quiz scores and progress are stored locally on your device only and can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect all user data. However, no online transmission method is 100% secure.

10. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

For users in the European Union, under GDPR you have the right to:

•       Request access to any personal data we hold about you

•       Request correction or deletion of your data

•       Withdraw consent at any time

•       Opt out of personalized advertising via device settings
